How to Pray Deliverance Prayers at Midnight

1. Prepare Spiritually and Physically

  • Fast (optional but recommended) before midnight (e.g., 6 AM–6 PM or 6 AM–12 noon).
  • Repent and cleanse yourself from all known sins (Psalm 66:18). Confess and renounce them.
  • Stay in a quiet, undisturbed place (your prayer closet, a quiet room, etc.).
  • Gather your materials: Bible, notebook, anointing oil (if you use), and a bottle of water (if using for prophetic actions).

2. Start with Worship and Thanksgiving (10–15 minutes)

  • Thank God for your life, mercy, and power of deliverance.
  • Sing songs of victory, praise, and adoration.
  • Read praise Psalms (e.g., Psalm 103, Psalm 91, Psalm 136).

3. Invite the Holy Spirit

  • Ask the Holy Spirit to take over your prayer session.
  • Pray: “Holy Spirit, come and fill me afresh. Empower me to pray through tonight in the name of Jesus.”

4. Pray for Mercy and Forgiveness

  • Confess any sin you’ve committed knowingly or unknowingly.
  • Ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse you (1 John 1:9).
  • Example: “Father, have mercy upon me. Wash me clean by the blood of Jesus. I renounce every legal ground Satan has over my life in Jesus' name.”

5. Engage in Warfare and Deliverance Prayers

Pray aggressively and with authority. Include the following:

🔥 Sample Categories:

  • Breaking Curses:
“I break every generational curse operating in my life in Jesus' name.”
  • Casting Out Demons:
“Every demon assigned against my life, come out by fire in Jesus’ name!”
  • Rejecting Evil Covenants:
“I renounce every satanic covenant made knowingly or unknowingly on my behalf.”
  • Destroying Witchcraft and Monitoring Spirits:
“Every monitoring spirit assigned to me, receive blindness and die, in the name of Jesus.”
  • Reclaiming Blessings:
“I recover all my stolen virtues, opportunities, and blessings by fire, in Jesus’ name.”

💥 Use fire-filled Scriptures like:

  • Luke 10:19
  • Isaiah 49:24–26
  • Obadiah 1:17
  • Jeremiah 1:10
  • Psalm 35

6. Pray in the Spirit (if you speak in tongues)

  • This helps deepen the warfare and allows the Holy Spirit to pray through you (Romans 8:26–27).
  • Even for a few minutes, it stirs power and divine fire.

7. Make Prophetic Declarations

  • Declare your freedom and victory.
  • Example: “I am free! My soul has escaped! I walk in liberty and dominion from this night in Jesus’ name!”

8. Seal Your Prayers with the Blood of Jesus

  • Declare: “I cover myself, my family, and everything that concerns me with the blood of Jesus.”
  • Anoint yourself if led.

9. Thank God Again and End in Praise

  • Appreciate God for answered prayers.
  • Sing victory songs or play soft worship music as you rest.

📝 Additional Tips:

  • Be consistent: Do it for 3, 7, or 14 days depending on how you are led.
  • Record revelations: If you have dreams or impressions, write them down—they may carry instructions.
  • Stay alert: Midnight prayer is not a sleepy-time activity. Walk around if needed.
